- 1 / 5By Briana GWaited for an hour for my takeout order of 2 mains, 1 rice, 1 app. Other people who came, sat down, left because after an hour never had order even taken... They made us pay ahead, I thought nothing of it. They must have known ahead they had a problem. Never warned of the excessive wait time. Very very unhappy. Just communicate with your customers! Give us the choice if we want to wait this long for something we could get down the street at the chain restaurant. We are trying to support local business, you are not making it easy... Update... Just got food home. My fried food... Not fried. My hubby's Beef dish, not just beef because he's allergic to other meats and he had reaction. It must have been a bad night for them, just close shop or communicate if you cannot handle the customers that night. We won't be back.June 18, 2016
